الرئاسي يقرر انشاء المجلس الصحي العام ، يتبع مجلس الوزراء، كسلطة رقابية علي المهن الصحية جميعها في المؤسسات الصحية العامة والخاصة حماية للمريض وضماناً لسلامة مزاولي المهن الطبية والمهن المرتبطة بها.
